Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience with events/festivals.
• Proven track record of successful campaigns across channels.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.

• Bilingual in Arabic and English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for events, festivals, and pop-ups.
• Coordinate with brands, SMEs, food vendors, and entertainers.
• Manage sponsor, influencer, and performer relations to boost visibility.
• Oversee promotional materials across digital and print media.
• Plan 360-degree campaigns including social, email, SEO, PPC, and traditional media.
• Design offline marketing efforts like posters, flyers, and billboards.
• Organize performances, workshops, and activities to drive engagement.
• Negotiate barter deals to maximize resources and reduce costs.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with sales and operations for seamless execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event marketing.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost efficiency.
