Job summary

TAIT, a global leader in live events, seeks an Event Workforce Operations Producer to plan and execute back-of-house logistics for major events in Saudi Arabia. You will manage crew, vendors, budgets, and data reporting, coordinating with clients and leadership to ensure flawless on-site execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of 10+ years of international live event/production management experience.
• Experience in GCC region is required, especially KSA, Dubai, or Qatar.
• Strong communication, computer skills (MS Office, AirTable), and ability to work across multiple stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Plan and co-lead back-of-house crew operations with client team for seamless event execution.
• Develop and manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for operational scopes.
• Oversee budgets, procurement, and vendor relationships for travel, accommodations, and logistics.
• Lead the Event Crew Operations team (5–10 people) through full event lifecycle.
• Serve as escalation point for crew-related issues and operational challenges.
• Create an inclusive, hospitality-focused on-site environment for crew members.
• Support reports and presentations for on-site Directors Summit meetings.
• Contribute to post-event After Action Report with metrics and feedback.
• Coordinate post-event contractor evaluations to identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide pre-production support across other event workstreams as needed.
