Job summary

Talent Blueprint FZ LLC seeks a Security Supervisor for a high-profile international sporting event in Saudi Arabia. This site-based role coordinates day-to-day security activities and ensures a safe environment for all stakeholders during the September 2026 to February 2027 window.

Responsibilities include liaising with authorities, implementing access control, managing staffing and briefings, monitoring checkpoints, and supporting incident response. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Law Enforcement, Risk Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in security coordination or operational security for large events.
• Experience in high-profile or international sporting events is desirable.
• Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day security operations across event venues.
• Liaise with security personnel, contractors, event teams, and authorities.
• Support the implementation of security plans, procedures, and access control.
• Coordinate security staffing, deployments, briefings, and daily requirements.
• Monitor access control points, restricted areas, and screening operations.
• Support crowd management, incident response, and emergency procedures.
• Assist with security risk assessments and identify operational risks.
• Maintain accurate security logs and incident reports.
• Escalate security incidents to the Security Manager and stakeholders.
• Attend security briefings, pre-event checks, and post-event debriefs.
