Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales is required.
• Proficient in the local language, written and spoken.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays per business needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate end-to-end operational activities for repairs, tracking inventory and orders with Operations.
• Assist with customer service issues including intake, solutions, and pickup for completed repairs.
• Provide peer feedback and support on the floor and in the Repair Room.
• Perform repair tasks as needed to support Genius Bar and customer demand.
• Demonstrate Apple values of inclusion, diversity and customer-centricity in daily work.
