You will oversee receiving, counting, returning, and shipping tasks, mentor team members, and ensure adherence to Retail Inventory processes while supporting customer-facing activities and promoting inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Complete inventory receiving, counting, returning, and shipping tasks per Retail Inventory processes.
• Fulfill product requests from Runner and deliver items to customers and team members.
• Mentor teammates on Retail Inventory processes and monitor inventory accuracy.
• Identify variance trends and contribute insights for leadership decisions.
