Job summary

Electra is seeking a Purchase Runner in Riyadh, KSA to source materials, coordinate local purchases, and deliver items for projects. You will liaise with suppliers, verify specs, obtain quotations, and support the procurement team.

The role requires Arabic and English, knowledge of local markets, strong negotiation, and ability to travel within GCC. Must have driving license and own car; weekend/holiday work possible. You will maintain records and contribute to cost savings and compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree (12+3 or Equivalent).
• Arabic & English Speaking, Reading & Writing.
• MS/Applications (Co-Pilot/Dynamics/Excel/Word/PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Dynamics, COUPA, Easy-Job is beneficial).

Responsibilities

• Source materials and suppliers across KSA.
• Visit suppliers to identify products and solutions.
• Verify quality, specs, availability, and supplier reliability.
• Obtain quotations, specs, samples, catalogs, and info.
• Support procurement in identifying new suppliers and sourcing.
