Job summary

DAR Engineering is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. You will translate technical capabilities into client value, secure major opportunities, and lead end-to-end proposals in collaboration with engineering teams.

Ideal candidates bring 12+ years in BD within engineering consultancies, strong relationships with developers and government entities, and fluency in English (Arabic preferred). Relocation support may be available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or Electrical).
• 12+ years in BD or growth roles within engineering/design consultancies.
• Proven track record securing new business in Saudi Arabia and GCC.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities across Saudi Arabia and GCC.
• Develop and execute BD strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, government entities and partners.
• Lead client engagements from first contact to proposal and negotiations.
