KeyDeLuxe is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive growth across GCC markets from its Riyadh base. You will build a robust pipeline of automotive buyers and dealers, lead negotiations, and close commercial agreements that support revenue and margins.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in new business development and lead generation in B2B or automotive markets.
• Experience in business planning, market analysis, forecasting, and go-to-market strategy development.
• Strong contract negotiation abilities and experience structuring favorable commercial terms.
• Account management focus: maintaining relationships and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute growth strategies for KeyDeLuxe in GCC markets.
• Build and manage a pipeline of leads; qualify prospects; oversee negotiations and closures.
• Collaborate with operations and sourcing teams to align BD with inventory and demand.
• Represent KeyDeLuxe at industry events and build strategic partnerships.
