The role focuses on routine maintenance, diagnostics across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and minimal downtime through proactive repairs and calibration. Safety and collaboration with production teams are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic in manufacturing.
• Experience with industrial washing equipment or similar automated machinery.
• Proficient at reading mechanical blueprints, electrical schematics, and manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and preventive measures on front-end washing machines and related equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on washers and conveyance systems.
• Troubleshoot complex machinery malfunctions, identify root causes, and minimize downtime.
• Execute scheduled and unscheduled repairs, including component replacement, alignment, and calibration.
• Read and interpret manuals, schematics, and blueprints to aid troubleshooting and repair.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize machine performance and efficiency.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies; participate in continuous improvement programs.
