Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a production/maintenance operator in Jeddah to tend machines, monitor line performance, verify batch details, and conduct water quality sampling with precision. You will work with various production equipment and follow SOPs to ensure smooth, compliant manufacturing.

Responsibilities include logging data, reporting faults, supporting shift reviews, and performing routine preventive and corrective maintenance on lines and related equipment to sustain optimal uptime.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform machine tending operations and operate a variety of machines in a production environment.
• Check quantities of raw and packaging materials received from the warehouse against production orders.
• Perform testing procedures to ensure machines operate optimally during production.
• Learn and follow the standard operating procedure for the production line.
• Monitor line equipment and parameters and submit fault reports for abnormalities.
• Participate in or lead shift operational reviews covering achievements and issues.
• Verify production dates and batch numbers printed on bottles.
• Perform water quality treatment sampling and analysis using designated tools and equipment.
• Maintain accurate logs.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
