Job summary

Fast Fit EMS Fitness is seeking dedicated Receptionists and Customer Service Representatives to join our team. The role involves greeting visitors, providing information, routing calls, handling complaints, scheduling appointments, and assisting with sales inquiries.

Responsibilities

Route incoming calls to appropriate departments and handle basic inquiries over the phone.
Address complaints professionally and direct to the right person.
Coordinate pre-booked appointments to avoid overlaps.
