Fast Fit EMS Fitness in Riyadh is seeking a Receptionist to join our team and greet visitors, provide information, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments. This on-site role supports member registrations, scheduling, and basic product guidance.

The ideal candidate has customer service experience, strong communication, a professional appearance, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. A fitness or hospitality background is preferred and English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service or receptionist roles.
• Friendly, professional communication skills.
• Ability to handle member inquiries and basic sales.
• Basic computer skills in booking systems, MS Office or CRM.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct them to the right location.
• Provide information about products or services and answer inquiries.
• Route incoming calls to appropriate departments and handle simple inquiries.
• Address complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Schedule appointments and manage pre-booked slots to avoid overlaps.
• Resolve issues related to services or products where possible.
