Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics or a related field.
• 10+ years in freight forwarding / shipping, including leadership roles.
• Strong carrier, agency and regulator network in KSA / GCC.
• Proven P&L ownership and commercial negotiation track record.

Aufgaben

• Lead P&L for sea, air, multimodal forwarding and shipping / liner-agency operations.
• Set commercial strategy for trade lanes, pricing and carrier contracts.
• Drive volume and margin growth across key accounts and target verticals.
• Build relationships with shipping lines, airlines, NVOCCs and customs partners.
• Ensure booking, documentation, customs clearance and on-time delivery excellence.
• Manage and develop the freight forwarding and shipping team across FLOW's markets.
