Job summary

PROVEN is seeking an Air / Ocean CSP and ADP – Specialist for our logistics client. You will manage export and import operations, coordinate with carriers, handle documentation, and ensure shipments comply with processes for timely delivery. Bachelor’s degree required.

You must have extensive air and sea freight knowledge and freight-forwarding experience. You will monitor KPIs, maintain data in AS400, and identify opportunities to improve service and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Export Operations: Arrange collection, request docs, book shipments, coordinate with handling agents, and oversee customs clearance.
• Import Operations: Receive pre-alerts, coordinate with consignees, manage inbound clearance, and release documents to customers.
• General: Maintain data in AS400, follow SOPs/IOPs, monitor KPIs, handle pricing quotes, and identify opportunities for sales improvement.
