Flow Progressive Logistics seeks an experienced senior leader to own and grow FLOW's freight forwarding and shipping business across sea, air and multimodal trade lanes. You will lead profitability, carrier and agency relationships, and operational execution to deliver reliable freight services.

Responsibilities include setting commercial strategy for trade lanes, pricing and carrier contracts, driving volume and margin growth with key accounts, building relationships with shipping lines,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics or a related field.
• 10+ years in freight forwarding / shipping, including leadership roles.
• Strong carrier, agency and regulator network in KSA / GCC.
• Proven P&L ownership and commercial negotiation track record.
