Job summary

Thoughtworks is building a fast-growing local team in Riyadh and seeking an experienced Product Leader to shape early product and client relationships. You will partner with executives to convert bold visions into market-ready AI-first products, leading lean pods across business strategy, design, and engineering.

You will guide rapid discovery, drive monetisation strategies, and own end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to delivery in a high-growth Middle East market.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product leadership delivering digital products and platforms.
• End-to-end product launches from discovery to monetisation.
• Experience with AI-enabled product development and lean methods.
• Strong pre-sales, engagement structuring, and ROI focus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with C-suite and founders to align on rapid builds and business outcomes.
• Move ideas from pilot to production with AI-enabled products.
• Define market landscape, GTM strategy, and business case for opportunities.
• Lead autonomous, cross-functional pods across Product, Design, Engineering.
• Provide hands-on leadership within lean teams to drive outcomes.
• Oversee large programmes across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Shape client engagements, draft high-impact proposals, and run discovery workshops.
• Drive account growth and expand client relationships into new revenue streams.
• Contribute to regional scaling and development of local capabilities.
