Soar, a Saudi fintech startup, seeks a Head of Product to own an agentic-first core product area from discovery to launch and scale. You will lead a team building autonomous agents that perform sourcing, analyzing, negotiating, coordinating, and closing with humans guiding direction.

The role emphasizes shipping first-of-its-kind agentic products, owning strategy, and driving product-market fit in a rapidly evolving real estate tech landscape.

Formación

• Shipped products used by real people, including 0-to-1 work defining the problem.
• Fluent in applied AI with production experience or leading a team that does.
• Execution-focused: turn strategy into shipped product with clear goals and velocity.
• Strong people leadership to attract PMs and designers and raise the bar.

Responsabilidades

• Own the roadmap translating the company’s product vision into a clear, defendable area and priorities.
• Ship 0-to-1 then 1-to-n, from blank page to launch with rapid iteration based on usage.
• Lead and grow the product team: managers and designers, fostering speed, ownership and craftsmanship.
• Go hands-on with frontier models and agent frameworks; prototype, write specs/prompts, run experiments.
• Make fast, well-reasoned decisions under uncertainty and own the results.
• Collaborate across engineering, design, data, GTM and leadership to launch the right features.
• Stay obsessed with users: agents, brokers, buyers, sellers, and investors shaping real estate products.
