Consult Pro in Riyadh seeks an experienced AI Lead to define AI strategy and deliver measurable AI solutions. You will mentor a small team of ML engineers and data scientists, guiding them from discovery to deployment while ensuring reliability and cost-efficiency.

You will contribute to architecture and code reviews, implement MLOps, and collaborate with business and security teams to address governance and residency requirements. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in data science, ML or AI engineering with team leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Define the AI strategy, roadmap and priorities with business and technology leadership.
• Lead and mentor ML engineers and data scientists, setting goals and reviewing work.
• Own end-to-end AI delivery from discovery to deployment and monitoring.
• Contribute to solution architecture and code reviews with clear standards.
• Build apps using LLMs, RAG and generative AI with appropriate approaches.
• Collaborate with data engineering to ensure reliable data pipelines and data quality.
• Establish MLOps for tracking, testing, deployment and retraining.
• Evaluate model quality, latency and operating costs.
• Keep AI development compliant with PDPL, data governance and residency.
• Communicate progress and investment needs to senior stakeholders.
