SEVEN is seeking a Shift Supervisor to manage staff and oversee attraction floor operations during the assigned shift, ensuring smooth service and high guest satisfaction. You will lead the team, address issues promptly, and ensure compliance with SEVEN’s standards and policies.

The role requires 3–5 years in a supervisory guest-facing environment, with strong leadership and communication skills to deliver excellent service and maintain safety on site in At Ta’if.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or management qualifications are a plus.
• 3–5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a guest-facing environment.
• Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Track record of delivering excellent guest service and managing guest interactions.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the shift team, ensuring duties are performed to SEVEN’s standards.
• Oversee floor operations, guest services, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols.
• Deliver high-quality guest service and resolve inquiries with professionalism.
• Enforce safety standards and conduct routine checks of equipment.
• Maintain shift records and prepare reports for the Attractions Manager.
• Create a positive guest experience and promote service excellence.
• Adhere to Service Level Standards (SLS) and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with Attractions Manager, operations, maintenance, and guest services.
