The Global Search Company is seeking an accomplished Managing Director to lead its next phase of commercial growth in Saudi Arabia. This senior role carries full responsibility for business performance, strategy and market expansion.

You will combine strong general management with a proven ability to accelerate sales, strengthen routes to market and build high‑performing teams. A track record in FMCG leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience in FMCG.
• Proven track record in MD/Commercial leadership roles.
• Extensive experience managing distributors and routes to market.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall strategy, direction and performance of the business.
• Take full ownership of revenue, profitability, budgets and P&L delivery.
• Develop and execute an ambitious commercial growth strategy.
• Identify opportunities across new markets, channels, customers and product categories.
• Strengthen relationships with key accounts, distributors and strategic partners.
• Optimise route-to-market models across modern trade, traditional trade, wholesale, foodservice and e-commerce.
• Lead commercial negotiations and major customer agreements.
• Improve sales forecasting, pricing, promotional effectiveness and margin performance.
• Ensure sales, marketing, supply chain, finance and operations are aligned behind common commercial objectives.
• Build, motivate and develop a high-performing senior leadership team.
• Establish clear performance measures and strengthen accountability throughout the organisation.
• Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Represent the group with shareholders, customers, partners and other key stakeholders.
