Everhires seeks a Restaurant Front-of-House Supervisor in Riyadh to supervise daily operations, coordinate with the kitchen, manage staff schedules, handle guest feedback, and ensure hygiene and safety standards are met during busy service periods.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' experience in a restaurant floor or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Hospitality diploma is a plus

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front-of-house operations and staff during service.
• Ensure service, cleanliness, and presentation standards are met.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate floor timing with the kitchen for smooth service.
• Manage staff schedules, shift coverage, and pre-shift briefings.
• Oversee POS operations, cash handling, and reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with municipality hygiene and safety standards.
