Job summary

The Helicopter Company in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Safety Manager to oversee SMS for P121 and P135 operations. You will lead safety audits, hazard identification, risk assessment, and the development of safety cases, ensuring compliance with GACARs/FAA/EASA where applicable.

Qualifications

• ATPL holder with safety/quality qualifications.
• Proven aviation safety and risk management experience.
• Leadership and project management skills demonstrated.
• Strong report writing and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with aviation regulations (GACARs/FAA/EASA).

Responsibilities

• Oversee SMS compliance for P121 and P135 operations.
• Conduct safety and quality audits with the Quality team.
• Facilitate hazard identification and risk assessments.
• Manage safety reports and action close-out.
• Lead accident investigations and document outcomes.
• Coordinate investigations of occurrences and hazards.
• Develop safety cases and identify risk-control priorities.
• Maintain the THC Hazard/Risk Register.
• Monitor effectiveness of risk controls and actions.
• Promote safety programs across bases/deployments.
• Report SMS performance to Director of Safety.
• Participate in management and safety meetings; record outcomes.
