Job summary

GDC ME is seeking a seasoned Aviation Safety Manager in Riyadh to build and maintain a safety program, ensure inspections and internal audits are conducted, and lead the AS9110-compliant SMS initiative. You will oversee risk management and alignment with international standards while mentoring a team of safety professionals.

The role requires strong English communication, extensive aviation safety experience, and the ability to translate policies into practical procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5-10 years of related work experience in aviation safety management.
• Strong oral and written communication, English proficiency, and customer relationship skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, establish, and maintain a safety program with policies, processes, and procedures.
• Oversee inspections, process control analyses, and internal audits in line with the BSM.
• Implement and maintain an AS9110-compliant Aviation Safety Management System (SMS).
• Oversee risk management, AS9100/AS9120, ISO 21001 as applicable, and AS9110 standards.
• Provide guidance on policies, regulations, and agency procedures; mentor safety experts.
