Job summary

VHR Global Technical Recruitment seeks an experienced Flight Safety Manager to lead safety performance across P121 operations. The role oversees the SMS, conducts audits and investigations, and promotes a proactive safety culture, reporting to the Director of Safety.

Responsibilities include improving the SMS, risk assessments, safety reporting, and regulatory compliance, working with operations to reduce risks and sustain continuous safety improvement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in the aviation industry.
• 3+ years in a management role.
• 3+ years in aviation safety in similar operations.
• Strong knowledge of aviation risk management and SMS principles.
• Familiarity with GACARs and international regulations (FAA/EASA).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and aviation-related IT systems.
