Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive in Riyadh is seeking a Transport & Service Supervisor to plan, coordinate and optimize vehicle movement and servicing within the automotive yard. The role emphasizes workflow efficiency, timely dispatch, and clear communication among the yard, suppliers, service providers, and customers.

You will ensure safety and compliance in KSA, supervise staff, manage trip allowances and fuel costs, and strive for high customer service levels.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 2 years experience in transport planning or warehousing.
• Proficient in MS Office for report generation.
• Experience in logical thinking, planning, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maximize SAP in transport planning to maintain system integrity and meet customer service expectations.
• Optimize fleet utilization, monitor availability, and assign vehicles by priority.
• Monitor fleet costs and fuel consumption; develop improvement plans.
• Collaborate with QA to reduce accidents and damages across the supply chain.
• Prepare monthly Trip Allowance, Vehicle Offload, Overtime, Car Carrier, Payroll and Petty Cash reports.
• Carry out Toolbox Training with HV Drivers to maintain safety standards.
• Submit monthly billing statements to Transport Manager.
• Understand customer lead times and KPIs to ensure targets are met.
• Meet and track monthly customer KPIs under SLA.
