Job summary

Client of ADROYTS seeks an experienced Fleet Operations Supervisor to oversee a small truck fleet across Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate with clients, manage trucks and drivers, monitor trips, and maintain vehicle records to ensure efficient transportation operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years in fleet operations, logistics, or truck coordination, plus strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. Flexibility for night shifts and regional travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in fleet operations, logistics, transportation, or truck coordination.
• Hands-on proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in truck dispatching, route planning, driver coordination, and trip monitoring.
• Knowledge of rural cities, regional geography, remote locations, and Saudi road conditions.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and record-management skills.
• Professional written communication for client-facing emails.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and night shifts when needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding truck availability, scheduling, and trip status.
• Respond to client requests and operational inquiries via email and other channels.
• Coordinate daily dispatch and routing of company trucks and drivers.
• Arrange external or subcontracted drivers for trucks without drivers.
• Track vehicle locations, trip progress, and driver availability.
• Plan routes covering rural cities, remote sites, and regions across Saudi Arabia.
• Escalate issues to management with clear documentation.
• Maintain vehicle records: registration, insurance, maintenance, and trip logs.
• Monitor maintenance schedules and renewal dates.
• Prepare fleet status reports and trip summaries using Excel.
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations for management or clients as needed.
• Be available for urgent coordination during active trips and work flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding truck availability scheduling and trip status
• Respond professionally to client requests and operational inquiries through email and other communication channels
• Coordinate the daily dispatch and routing of company-owned trucks and assigned drivers
• Coordinate trucks sourced without drivers including arranging external or subcontracted drivers when required
• Track vehicle locations trip progress and driver availability
• Plan and confirm routes covering rural cities remote sites and different regions across Saudi Arabia
• Escalate service issues delays and disputes to management with clear supporting documentation
• Maintain accurate vehicle records including registration insurance maintenance history and trip logs
• Monitor maintenance schedules and documentation renewal dates
• Prepare fleet status reports and trip summaries using Microsoft Excel
• Prepare PowerPoint presentations for management or client review when required
• Remain available for urgent coordination during active trips and work flexible hours including night shifts according to operational requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in fleet operations, logistics, transportation, or truck coordination.
• Hands‑on proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in truck dispatching, route planning, driver coordination, and trip monitoring.
• Good knowledge of rural cities, regional geography, remote locations, and road conditions across Saudi Arabia.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and record‑management skills.
• Professional written communication skills, particularly for client‑facing email correspondence.
• Ability to handle urgent operational matters and work effectively under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and night shifts when operationally required.
