Job summary

ALESAYI HOLDING | العيسائي القابضة seeks an experienced fleet and dispatch coordinator to plan daily workforce transport routes, supervise driver teams, and ensure vehicle readiness for shifts. You will monitor utilization, coordinate maintenance, and enforce safety procedures.

The role requires 3+ years in fleet operations, strong Excel/reporting skills, and bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English, with a valid driving license. Shift work and on-site presence are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in fleet, transport or dispatch operations.
• Hands-on experience with GPS/telematics and route planning.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance cycles and road-safety regulations.
• Arabic and English required; valid driving license.
• Ability to supervise large driver teams and manage shifts.

Responsibilities

• Plan and dispatch daily workforce transport routes for the assigned shift; consolidate trips and support mobilization/demobilization.
• Monitor vehicle and driver utilization; report idle vehicles and off-route trips; propose route and fleet optimizations.
• Track preventive maintenance, inspections, and insurance validity; coordinate with maintenance team to keep availability.
• Enforce driver procedures and safety; investigate incidents and maintain logs.
• Allocate drivers for the shift, manage attendance and leave cover; ensure smooth hand-over between day and night shifts.
• Produce shift and monthly fleet reports: trips, kilometers, fuel, utilization, incidents and cost per kilometer.
