Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Aeronautical or relevant Engineering, and/or a Business degree.
• Minimum 10 years of experience across aircraft programmes, fleet planning, EIS or technical/engineering roles.
• Proven track record leading BFE programs as a supplier focal point.
• Knowledge of seating and monument certification under EASA and FAA.
• Experience in supplier and stakeholder management across airlines, OEMs, MROs or leasing companies.
• Experience on Boeing 787 and/or Airbus A321/A350 programmes preferred.

About the Role

Are you a programme leader with a passion for cabin development, supplier management, and bringing world-class products to the aircraft? Join our Fleet Planning - Programs team and take ownership of the equipment and experiences that define life on board. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end management of assigned Buyer Furnished Equipment (BFE) suppliers and products, driving supplier performance, product development, certification, and on-time delivery.

Acting as the Riyadh Air lead for your allocated suppliers, you'll work independently to align OEMs, BFE suppliers and cross-functional teams, ensuring every product is delivered to specification, budget and aircraft on-dock date.

About You

You'll hold a recognised undergraduate degree in Aeronautical or another relevant Engineering discipline, and/or a Business degree, with at least 10 years of experience across aircraft programmes, fleet planning, EIS or technical and engineering roles.

A proven track record leading BFE programs as a supplier focal point is essential - including hands‑on experience across development, certification and delivery phases, and detailed knowledge of seating and monument certification under both EASA and FAA. You'll bring strong experience in supplier and stakeholder management across airlines, OEMs, MROs or leasing companies, along with a solid understanding of retrofits, STCs, MRO implementation and OEM delivery processes (Boeing and/or Airbus). Experience on Boeing 787 and/or Airbus A321 / A350 programmes is preferred.
