Job summary

Sofitel Riyadh Hotel & Convention Center is seeking a dedicated Butler to act as a hotel ambassador, delivering personal service and upholding Sofitel standards. You will greet guests, coordinate with the team and ensure privacy and discretion throughout their stay.

Responsibilities include managing guest requests, assisting with check-in/out, coordinating with departments, and delivering concierge services to create a personalized, memorable luxury experience.

Qualifications

• Proficient in English (verbal & written).
• Experience with Hotel PMS is an asset.
• Strong organizational, supervisory & communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate quickly and act decisively.
• Thrives in high-stress, fast-paced environments.
• Detail-oriented with speed, accuracy and courtesy.

Responsibilities

• Act as a hotel ambassador, providing personal service while following Sofitel standards.
• Coordinate with the Butler Supervisor and team to run operations smoothly.
• Greet and escort guests, maintain privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Manage guest complaints professionally and aim for guest satisfaction.
• Offer concierge services such as restaurant bookings and in-room requests.
• Keep guest profiles updated with preferences and ensure seamless check-in/check-out.
