Job summary

Delta Hotels by Marriott in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia seeks an Information Technology professional for full-time on-site work. Responsibilities include following policies, assisting guests, coordinating with IS staff, diagnosing hardware/software issues, and maintaining network and server support.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in related IT experience and a high school diploma or GED. Experience with backups, security, and end-user support is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
• No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Follow all company policies and procedures; protect company assets.
• Address guests’ service needs and exchange information with other employees.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues with computer software, systems, internet access, hardware and peripherals.
• Refer major problems to vendors/technicians and perform system backups.
• Provide end-user support, manage user accounts, and secure data and devices.
