Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Proven prospecting and outbound sales experience.
• Proven negotiation and closing experience.
• Fintech/payments/ SaaS or financial services exposure preferred.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target prospective merchants across industries and sizes.
• Conduct outbound sales via calls, emails, meetings, and networking.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Research merchants to understand business/payment needs.
• Present Moyasar's payment solutions to merchants.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and onboarding.
• Conduct regular face-to-face meetings with prospects.
• Prepare commercial proposals and pricing offers.
• Negotiate terms and close deals aligned with company goals.
• Build relationships with business owners and key decision makers.
• Meet assigned merchant acquisition and transaction targets.
• Maintain CRM records of leads, meetings and follow-ups.
• Monitor fintech market trends and competitor activity.
• Share merchant feedback with internal teams.
