Job summary

Moyasar Financial Company is seeking a driven Sales Account Manager to join our Riyadh team. This on-site role focuses on new business acquisition, prospecting, and closing deals with merchants, from initial contact to onboarding.

You will identify prospective merchants, understand their payment needs, and present Moyasar’s payment solutions while managing the full sales cycle and targeting growth in transaction volumes. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, merchant acquisition, or a similar commercial role.
• Proven experience in prospecting and outbound sales.
• Proven experience in negotiating and closing new business.
• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, e-commerce, SaaS, or financial services is strongly preferred.
• Good understanding of CRM systems and sales reporting.
• Ability to build relationships with business owners, executives, and key decision makers.
• Experience presenting solutions to prospective clients and decision makers.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Identify and target prospective merchants across industries and business sizes.
• Conduct outbound sales activities through calls, emails, meetings, networking, referrals, and other channels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
• Research prospective merchants and understand their business and payment requirements.
• Present and demonstrate Moyasar’s payment solutions to prospective merchants.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
• Conduct regular face-to-face meetings and visits with prospective merchants.
• Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and pricing offers.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close deals in line with company objectives.
• Build relationships with business owners, executives, and key decision makers.
• Achieve assigned sales, merchant acquisition, and transaction volume targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, meetings, and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and developments in fintech and payments.
• Share merchant feedback and market insights with relevant internal teams.
