Job summary

Zahid Industries in Jeddah seeks a Business Analyst - Finance-F&A to bridge business needs with technology across Finance, DSD, and external vendors. You will gather requirements, map processes, define use cases, and craft BRDs and functional specs to guide solution design and delivery.

The role demands strong analytical and communication skills, experience with ERP environments, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams through testing, UAT, and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT or related field required.
• Experience with ERP implementations is a plus.
• Strong written and spoken English for requirements documentation.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements through interviews and workshops.
• Analyze processes, identify gaps, and translate needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop BRD, FS, Use Cases, and user stories to support design and delivery.
• Coordinate with SMEs, Finance, DSD, ERP teams and external vendors.
• Support solution design, review proposed solutions, and ensure alignment with processes and system capabilities.
• Participate in testing activities including UAT and issue validation.
• Facilitate communication between business and technology teams.
• Support change management and training materials during transitions.
• Maintain requirement traceability throughout the project.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT

CBAP, PMP, PMI BA, IIBA, or similar
