Saudi Azm is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead the analysis and design of business processes, systems, and strategies on-site in Riyadh. You will work with stakeholders to gather requirements, create BRDs and user stories, and mentor junior analysts while ensuring best practices are followed.

The role emphasizes delivering measurable improvements, coordinating development progress, and driving continuous improvement across programs with BI and data analytics emphasis.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, CS, or related field.
• Proven experience leading business analysis for large, complex projects.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile environments.
• Experience in business intelligence and data analytics projects.
• CBAP or equivalent certification preferred; PMP/CSM a plus.
