Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
• Preferred certifications: CBAP, PMP, PMI-BA, IIBA, or similar.
• Experience with ERP implementations (e.g., Infor, SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
• Strong English proficiency for requirements documentation and stakeholder communication; Arabic desired.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years as a Business Analyst (Finance / ERP / Digital Transformation).

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and deep-dive sessions with Finance, DSD, SMEs, and stakeholders.
• Analyze processes, identify gaps, and translate needs into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create detailed BRD, FS, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria for solution design.
• Coordinate with SMEs, Finance, DSD, ERP teams, and vendors to ensure alignment.
• Support testing activities including test case reviews, UAT, and issue validation.
• Facilitate communication between business and tech teams for accurate requirement implementation.
• Support change management with training materials and process updates.
• Maintain requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
