Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, BI analytics, FP&A analytics, or related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of data discrepancies.
• Proficient in SQL with experience using at least one BI or data visualization tool.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets for financial modeling and auditing.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills with Finance and Tech stakeholders.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Structured, data-quality focused with ability to challenge assumptions.

Responsibilities

• Map and document financial and corporate data sources, ownership, definitions, and data flows.
• Identify data gaps and discrepancies across accounting, billing, CRM, HR, payroll, and expense systems.
• Define data requirements for monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Transform and model data from warehouses and connected systems for reusable datasets.
• Create recurring financial analyses, dashboards, and reporting to support leadership decisions.
• Collaborate with data engineering to improve integrations, data accessibility, and quality checks.
• Automate recurring reporting and workflows to improve efficiency.
