Job summary

Leica Microsystems, part of Danaher, seeks a Field Service Engineer MEAT & CIS to drive advanced installations and repairs of microscopy systems. Based in Saudi Arabia, you will work remotely across MEAT & CIS, performing installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance, training partners, and creating SOPs to sustain service excellence.

Qualifications

• Repair, calibration, maintenance, and upgrade of microscopy systems.
• Advanced expertise in at least two complex products.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Perform Advanced Installations and Advanced Repairs and Preventive Maintenance.
• Work with MEAT & CIS Channel Partners and provide guidance to junior team members.
• Develop work instructions and SOPs to standardize service processes.
• Support growth through service revenue generation in MEAT & CIS.
