Job summary

Leica Microsystems invites applications for a Field Service Engineer MEAT & CIS based in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on advanced installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of microscopy systems, supporting channel partners, and sharing knowledge with junior team members.

You will travel up to 70% and work across MEAT & CIS, contributing to service revenue growth. A strong technical background in microscopy and customer-focused problem solving is essential.

Qualifications

Demonstrated technical expertise in repair, calibration, maintenance, and upgrade of microscopy systems and related equipment.
Proficient in multiple products with advanced expertise in at least two complex products.
Networking, influencing, and communicating effectively across functions and at all levels.
Training and/or coaching experience.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record Up to 70% travel.

Responsibilities

Perform Advanced Installations as well as Advanced Repairs and Preventive Maintenance.
Work with MEAT & CIS Channel Partners and support their training, installation and repair cases; provide guidance to junior team members.
Support business implementation and readiness plans through project planning, management and SOPs; contribute to growth through service revenue in MEAT & CIS.
