The ideal candidate will manage commercial processes, maintain interfaces with Design, Construction, Engineering, Procurement, and Legal teams while ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions in large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; 20+ years in program/Contracts management with procurement under FIDIC.
• Hands-on experience with FIDIC contracts on large multidisciplinary projects.
• 8+ years of leadership experience.
• In-depth knowledge of contracting forms and procurement procedures in construction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate in Arabic and English.
• Expert knowledge in contract management and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Audit level review and final recommendations on commercial documentation submitted by Contractor and Construction Manager.
• Assess contractual implications of site decisions and optimize contract conditions.
• Maintain relationships with Design, Construction, Engineering, Procurement and Legal teams.
• Supervise site measurement team; manage monthly valuations.
• Agree on valuations and reimbursement methods with CM/Contractor; manage procedures.
• Manage final accounts with Client/Contractor/Consultant; oversee changes.
