Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Saudi Arabia seeks a Contracts Manager to lead contract administration, claims management, and change control across large projects. You will protect commercial interests, drive governance, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors.

You should have deep FIDIC experience, MRICS or equivalent, and a track record of handling multimillion-dollar contracts in the GCC. This is a senior, on-site role with leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant construction discipline.
• Master's degree in a related field is highly desirable.
• MRICS or equivalent accreditation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration of all contracts for the client.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project procedures.
• Interpret contract terms and provide guidance to project leadership and teams.
• Develop contract administration procedures and governance frameworks.
• Monitor performance against contractual commitments.
