Job summary

CORE Life in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Facility Specialist to assist the Facility Manager in keeping facilities in excellent condition, compliant with regulations, and safe for all users. The role focuses on maintenance planning, project coordination and compliant operations to deliver a safe, functional and pleasant environment for all users.

Job description

The Facility Specialist is responsible for supporting the Facility Manager in maintaining the facilities to ensure they are in excellent condition compliant with regulations and providing a safe functional and pleasant environment for all users. The Specialist will focus on specialized maintenance tasks, project coordination and ensuring high standards of facility operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintenance Plans and Schedules - Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance plans and schedules
• Specialized Maintenance and Repairs - Coordinate and oversee specialized maintenance and repair tasks
• Health and Safety Compliance - Conduct risk assessment amp implement safety standards to minimize hazards
• Facility Systems Monitoring - Monitor facility systems HVAC electrical plumbing to ensure optimal performance
• Regular Inspections - Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and potential safety hazards
• Third-Party Relationships - Manage relationships with third-party service providers and contractors ensuring quality of service amp adherence to contractual agreements
• Project Coordination - Coordinate and supervise facility-related projects and refurbishments
• Record Keeping - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and facility conditions
• Budgeting and Cost Control - Assist the Facility Manager in budgeting and cost control for facility operations
• Technical Support - Provide technical support and guidance to facility staff and other departments as needed
• Energy Conservation and Sustainability - Support energy conservation initiatives and sustainable facility management practices

Reporting: Report any significant issues or incidents to the Facility Manager.

Qualifications
