Job summary

Saudi Networkers Services is seeking a Vendor Management Specialist for facilities and entertainment services. You will manage end-to-end onboarding, sourcing and lifecycle for vendors, ensuring compliance and cost efficiency across events and productions.

Key duties include negotiating terms and SLAs, monitoring KPIs, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and maintaining accurate vendor records. SAP Ariba expertise is mandatory for this role.

Qualifications

• Manage end to end vendor onboarding and lifecycle management for facilities and entertainment service providers.
• Source evaluate and onboard vendors related to facilities management events entertainment production and support services.
• Negotiate commercial terms contracts and service level agreements to ensure value for money and service excellence.
• Monitor vendor performance against KPIs SLAs and compliance standards.
• Ensure vendors meet health safety security and regulatory requirements applicable to facilities and entertainment operations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align vendor services with operational schedules events and facility requirements.
• Prepare vendor performance reports and recommendations for renewal improvement or termination.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors.
• Negotiate terms, contracts, and SLAs for value and service.
• Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and compliance.

• Maintain vendor records and contracts in approved systems.
• Assist budgeting, cost control and spend analysis.
• Prepare vendor performance reports and renewal recommendations.
