Job summary

Confidential Company in Riyadh is seeking a lead for end-to-end supplier helpdesk operations to support suppliers through phone, email, portal and ticketing channels. You will manage onboarding, pre-qualification, profile maintenance and supplier enablement activities while ensuring timely resolution of inquiries related to SAP Ariba processes.

• Experience with supplier onboarding and lifecycle processes.
• Familiarity with SAP Ariba procurement workflows.
• Ability to meet SLAs and KPIs in supplier support.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supplier helpdesk operations via phone, email, portal, and tickets.
• Coordinate supplier registration, enablement, qualification, and profile updates.
• Escalate critical supplier issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with procurement, sourcing, and IT to resolve Ariba issues.
• Support system enhancements, testing, and process optimization.
