Job summary

NADEC Foods is seeking a Team Leader in Facility Management to oversee operation across Distribution Centers and agricultural sites in Saudi Arabia. You will lead a team, manage preventive and corrective maintenance, and coordinate contractors to meet SLAs while ensuring HSE compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 4–5 years of FM leadership experience in industrial settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in Facility Management within the Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, or Industrial sector.
• Proven experience leading maintenance or facility management teams.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance, contractor management, and HSE compliance.
• Experience with ERP/CMMS systems (e.g., SAP PM, Oracle, Maximo) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day facility management operations across Distribution Centers and agricultural sites.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for buildings, infrastructure, utilities, and related assets.
• Manage contractors and monitor performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct facility inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure uninterrupted facility services.
• Lead and develop the Facility Management team while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
