Job summary

NADEC Foods is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily dairy manufacturing operations in Haradh, Saudi Arabia. You will ensure production targets are met while maintaining high quality, food safety and GMP/HACCP compliance, coaching staff and driving efficiencies.

The role requires hands-on leadership in dairy or FMCG environments, a strong focus on safety, and collaboration with maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize throughput.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years of dairy or FMCG manufacturing experience.
• Experience leading production teams.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP and food safety.
• Proficiency with production planning and KPI tracking.
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities to meet plans and targets.
• Ensure availability of raw and packaging materials.
• Assign tasks and manage workforce in line with needs.
• Oversee pasteurization, homogenization, and packaging processes.
• Monitor line performance and minimize downtime.

NADEC is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily dairy manufacturing operations and ensure production targets, quality standards, food safety requirements, and operational efficiencies are consistently achieved.

This role is ideal for a production professional with strong leadership capabilities and hands-on experience in dairy, food, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing environments.

Location: Haradh, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia

What You'll Do

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure achievement of production plans and output targets.
• Ensure the availability of raw materials and packaging materials to support uninterrupted operations.
• Assign tasks and manage workforce activities in line with operational requirements.
• Oversee receiving, pasteurization, homogenization, and packaging processes.
• Monitor production line performance and take prompt action to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with product quality specifications, GMP, HACCP, and food safety requirements.
• Review laboratory results and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Monitor line efficiency, production rates, yield, and waste reduction initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop production staff while maintaining workplace discipline.
• Manage shift schedules, attendance, and manpower allocation.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to address equipment breakdowns and ensure operational readiness.
• Support preventive maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental requirements, including proper PPE usage.
• Investigate operational incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Prepare and review daily production reports covering production output, waste, downtime, efficiency, and corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational performance.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Dairy Technology, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in dairy, food, beverage, FMCG, or manufacturing operations.
• Previous experience leading production teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of dairy processing and packaging operations.
• Working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety, and quality systems.
• Experience in production planning, performance monitoring, and KPI management.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
