Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in dairy, food, beverage or FMCG environments.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of dairy processing equipment (homogenizers, pasteurizers, etc.).
• Good understanding of PLC, SCADA and electrical systems.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and coordinating cross-functional activities.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies.
• Understanding of HACCP, ISO 22000 and FSSC 22000 requirements.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, leadership and decision-making skills.
• Microsoft Office and SAP proficiency preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across processing operations.
• Ensure equipment reliability, availability and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and improve maintenance KPIs (OEE, MTTR, MTBF, PM Compliance, costs).
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring failures and implement solutions.
• Lead equipment reliability and continuous improvement projects.
• Develop and optimize maintenance strategies based on performance history.
• Support asset lifecycle management and capital projects.
• Supervise technicians and contractors for safe maintenance execution.
• Manage manpower, shift coverage and maintenance schedules.
• Coach and develop team members; identify training and succession needs.
• Coordinate planned shutdowns with Operations and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000 standards.
• Provide technical support for processing equipment (pasteurizers, CIP, pumps, etc.).
• Support spare parts management and inventory accuracy.
• Promote safety culture and 5S across the department.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience within dairy, food, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing environments.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of dairy processing equipment, including homogenizers, pasteurizers, cream separators, heat exchangers, pumps, valves, and gearboxes.
• Good understanding of PLC, SCADA, electrical systems, and industrial control circuits.
• Experience leading maintenance teams and coordinating cross-functional maintenance activities.
• Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies.
• Understanding of HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, and food manufacturing compliance requirements.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
