Job summary

Gheewala HR Consultants is seeking an experienced facilities supervisor in Saudi Arabia to lead a multidisciplinary MEP team spanning mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC. You will oversee routine maintenance, supervise soft-service operations, housekeeping, and landscaping to keep the site running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising multi-discipline maintenance teams.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and building systems.
• Familiarity with BMS and preventive maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of MEP technicians and coordinate tasks.
• Lead daily soft-service operations including housekeeping and landscaping.
• Operate, monitor and maintain building systems controlled by BMS and perform preventive maintenance.
• Assist with installation work and support technicians during repairs.
