Job summary

SEVEN is seeking a Facilities Specialist in Saudi Arabia to support daily site operations, perform inspections, and ensure accurate documentation. You will coordinate between IFM teams and stakeholders to maintain smooth facility performance.

Key duties include tracking maintenance progress, updating the CAFM system, maintaining asset records, and assisting in emergency response while preparing reports and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering or facilities management.
• 1–2 years of FM or building operations experience.
• Basic knowledge of MEP systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily site walkthroughs and inspections.
• Track preventive and reactive maintenance progress.
• Update CAFM system with work order status.
• Maintain asset register and documentation accuracy.
• Support IFM supervisors and contractors with day-to-day site coordination.
• Prepare reports and track KPIs and performance data.
• Assist in emergency response and incident reporting.
