Job summary

SEVEN is seeking a Facilities Specialist to support daily site operations, perform inspections, and coordinate between IFM teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth facility performance.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s in engineering or FM, 1–2 years in FM, and knowledge of MEP systems. You will maintain CAFM systems, asset registers, and generate reports while assisting in emergency response.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering or Facilities Management.
• 1–2 years’ experience in FM or building operations.
• Basic knowledge of MEP systems.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily site walkthroughs and inspections.
• Track preventive and reactive maintenance progress.
• Update CAFM system with work order status.
• Maintain asset register and documentation accuracy.
• Support IFM supervisors and contractors with day-to-day site coordination.
• Prepare reports and track KPIs and performance data.
• Assist in emergency response and incident reporting.
