Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) is seeking a Fabrication Static Supervisor with extensive Oil & Gas maintenance experience. The role leads Technicians, supervises heavy tools use, and ensures installation and fabrication work aligns with SATORP procedures and safety standards.

The candidate will perform tests, review drawings, and maintain quality and schedule commitments while upholding strict housekeeping and safety practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in Oil & Gas maintenance and high school education.
• 8+ years' experience in Oil & Gas maintenance with a diploma.
• Assist in analysis of recurrence of mechanical failures and recommend corrective action.
• Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receives jobs, work instructions, drawings, and specifications as required from Supervisor and perform work.
• Lead the team of Technicians.
• Use right tools and equipment for the job and operate heavy duty specialized tools from Central tool room.
• Perform all installation and maintenance works on Static and Fabrication activities per SATORP procedures and guidelines.
• Carry out necessary testing (Hydro, Pneumatic, etc.).
• Maintain strict compliance with SATORP safety standards.

KBR is looking for Fabrication Static Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Receives jobs, work instructions, drawing, and specification as required
• from Supervisor and perform work.
• Leading the team of Technicians.
• Use right tools and equipment for the job and operate heavy duty
• specialized tools taken from Central tool room.
• Operate basic machine tools such as grinder, power saw, drill press,
• threading machine, etc.
• Perform all the installation and Maintenance works on Static and Fabrication activities as per SATORPprocedures and guidelines.
• Carryout necessary testing (Hydro, Pneumatic, etc.)
• Receive necessary work permits before starting of work...
• Maintain strict compliance with SATORP safety standards.
• Consult with Supervisor for any technical issues.
• Perform good Housekeeping during and after completion of jobs.
• Achieve completion of jobs to quality and schedule according to companystandard and requirements.
• Attend Toolbox talk before commencing work.
• Comply with all Safety, health and environment standards and
  procedures.
• Wear appropriate PPE other than mandatory PPE.
• Report all Near misses, unsafe conditions and acts.
• Attend the Safety and Technical training as scheduled.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years'experience in Oil & Gasmaintenance - High School.
• Minimum 8 years'experience in Oil & Gasmaintenance - Diploma.
